Shipping Rates

We do our best to keep our shipping rates as low, fair, and accurate as possible. Therefore, shipping rates are based on the weight of the items ordered, to most accurately reflect the actual shipping cost. Domestic (USA) shipping begins at $6 and International shipping begins at $12. Your exact shipping rate will be displayed during checkout once you have entered your shipping address (but before you enter payment information). Most orders ship within 48 hours; however we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Domestic (USA) Shipping Information

Our standard shipping method for domestic orders is USPS Priority Mail, which has a transit time of 2-3 days. For large orders we will occasionally use UPS Ground instead of the Postal Service. If you select "Express" shipping during checkout, we will process your order as soon as possible and ship UPS 2nd Day Air. For overnight shipping, please call us at 508-678-4335. International Shipping Information

Canadian orders ship Priority Mail, which has a transit time of 6-10 business days. International orders to all other countries ship First Class Mail, which has a transit time of 2-4 weeks in most cases. If you require expedited International shipping, please contact us by email or phone.

Returns

We are happy to receive returns or exchanges on any purchase made from our website within 90 days. Simply send the package back to us at: Beehive Kitchenware, attn: returns, One West Street, 3rd floor, Fall River, MA 02720. Please include your contact information in the package. We will always try to work with you to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Items sold at one of our retailers should be returned through the store where it was purchased in accordance with their return policy.

Sales Tax

Sales tax (6.25%) is collected for all orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts.
